The most intreresting things that Korea have when winter is its winter ice festival which is celebrated by all Koreans. The whole area is covered with deep snow. Various ice festival will also be colouring your lovely holliday in Korea, such as Taebaeksan Snow Festival which is a winter festival of the most popular
in Korea. Here you can enjoy the game from the snow, race sleeding Siberian Husky Dogs, and the kite festival. Well, the festival is usually held in January to February.There was also Inje Icefish Festival held at the lake Sangyo, Gangwon-do province, in middle of January to early February, you can see the beautiful snow that blanketed the mountain Naeseoraksan, while skating on the ice. In the Hwacheon Mountain Trout Festival you will enjoy a variety of snow sports while punching holes in a thick layer of ice in Hwacheon Stream to fish. There is also a wool Jeong Daeboreum Fore Festival, a traditional festival is usually done by burning the rice farmers to eliminate pests and weeds that interfere.
